How much does postage and packing cost?
All orders over £40 enjoy free shipping/postage, unless it’s being shipped outside the UK. Any orders below £10 are £1.99, between £10 and £20 shipping is £2.99 and up to £40 it is £3.99 per order. For international orders shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on weight.

Will I need to sign for my items?
Yes. All our items are shipped via a method requiring a signature at the end-point. Royal Mail will now deliver to your neighbours if you are not in. We strongly advise you to opt out of this. More details here.

How much is it to ship outside the UK?
We use ‘International Signed For’ for all items sent outside the UK. The cost is calculated on weight of final order and is shown at checkout.

What courier do you use?
In the UK we use a number of couriers to despatch parcels. If you’re sending outside the UK then Royal Mail will hand over to your domestic mail service. The tracking code you receive can be used with your domestic services too.

I failed to collect my parcel and it’s been sent back. What happens now?
If an order is returned to us because of failure to pick it up or a failure to arrange a re-delivery by the customer then a second P&P charge will be incurred. Alternatively, the delivery cost will be deducted from the order if a refund is paid.

Do you offer any faster couriers like DHL or UPS?
If you need your order quicker please contact us after payment for a quote.

How do I track my items?
Please log into your account regularly for updates. You can find the tracking number and current status of your order. Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details also.

Some of my items are out of stock, what happens now?
If your basket contains items that are out of stock it will be despatched only when all items are available. If you want a part order sending then multiple P&P charges will be issued.

How long do I have to wait for my items?
Once we receive your order it is checked and processed. This usually takes less than 24 hours. But may take longer if your order is placed at the weekend. If an item is out of stock your order will be amended accordingly so log into your account for the latest information. Processing of your order takes up to 3 days, then it is despatched.

It is then shipped by Royal Mail and if an international order your domestic mail service thereafter. 90% of UK orders arrive within 1 to 3 days.

What's the difference between Free Shipping and your other choices?
If you choose free shipping we'll use a courier that may take a little longer to arrive, usually around 3-5 days for most UK orders. This is in addition to the processing time outlined above. If you choose faster shipping it will arrive much quicker for UK orders, usually within 1 to 5 days.

Cancellation
Customers may cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund. Once goods are received by the buyer they have a seven day ‘cooling-off’ period. They may return the goods for a full refund including delivery within this time. If they wish to cancel the order once received, they must take reasonable care of the product while in their possession. No restocking nor administrative fee will be charged either if cancelled within seven days.
